OUR BRAZILIAN RICE SPECIFICATIONS BY EMATER/RS:

Long Grain Rice: 100%

Broken: 5% for White // 3.62% for Parboiled

Moisture: 12.40%

Damaged kernels: 1.12%

Yellow kernels: 0.19%

Foreign matters: 0.00%

Chalky kernels: 0.06%

Red kernels: 0.94%

Milling degree: Well milled and polished

The parboiled rice is precooked. In this process the grain gets more resistant and the vitamins of the germ and the peal incorporates into the heart of the grain without any genetic modification or LL62 process. This is why it has 3x more vitamins and nutrients than white rice and it is a natural and healthy product.
